The next day after I complained they moved me to the expensive room I paid for, but with no compensation for the first night. They were overbooked the first night and put me in an 'accessible' room which replaced the whirlpool tub with a shower with grab bars. * My reservation was for a n expensive suite, the main benefit of which was a whirlpool tub. The problems: * At checkin they only had two people running the front desk, so it took over half an hour. * The food and service was good at several of the restaurants and bars. * Lots of shops, gaming, restaurants, etc. The good parts: * Location right on the strip, making it easy to walk to nearby resorts for shows.
